At this online course in collaboration with the New York Open Center, you’ll gather together to foster renewal through imbibing a delightful ritual tea and then taking a trance journey to engage the energy that is stirring within, just under the surface. You’ll invoke the rising of qualities that make life beautiful: compassion, justice, and freedom for all beings. You’ll celebrate the earth’s rebirth with movement, music, stories, and poetry.

Students are invited to bring a cup of mint tea to sip together as you begin the ritual, a bit of honey in a dish on the side, and a candle of any color. Any other altar items you’d like to have with you are welcome (flowers, crystals, etc.).
