Queen of Green Hemp Smoothie

Green smoothies are an exceptionally good way to get more alkalizing greens into the body. This one has double the power, with the hemp seeds and hemp protein powder adding extra nutritional goodness.

Makes 3 C

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 C water
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 6 spinach leaves
  • juice of 1 large lemon
  • 2 T hemp seeds
  • 1 T hemp protein powder

Blend and drink.
