Makes 1.5 quarts

  • 3 cups hot water
  • 6 tomatoes
  • ½ avocado
  • 1/3 cup goji berries (soaked)
  • ¼ red onion
  • 1½ tablespoon miso
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy!
