Goji Tomato Soup
Makes 1.5 quarts
- 3 cups hot water
- 6 tomatoes
- ½ avocado
- 1/3 cup goji berries (soaked)
- ¼ red onion
- 1½ tablespoon miso
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy!
