Rainbow Salad with Raspberry Dressing from Rawlicious Superfoods

Combine these ingredients in desired quantities as available for the most colorful salad imaginable. Serve with raspberry dressing.
For red, orange, and yellow:
finely sliced spinach
thinly sliced avocado
For blue, indigo, and violet:
blackberries and blueberries
and any other type of wild edible flowers
Blend all ingredients together and serve with a salad.
Makes 1 cup:
½ cup raspberries
½ cup olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon honey
⅛ cup rosendal vinegar
¼ teaspoon salt
