Navigating New Territory with Research, Recipes, and Remedies
There are 3,300,000 pregnant women in the United States at any given time, and there are 3,300,000 different ways to be pregnant. While there’s really no “one size fits all” when it comes to writing the book on pregnancy, Caylie See’s Field Guide to Pregnancy normalizes the many ways one can feel during a pregnancy, and provides both Eastern and Western perspectives on—and remedies for—a wide range of symptoms.
Nearly every other pregnancy book sides with either Western or Eastern perspectives. Caylie See provides the best of both traditions in an easily approachable way that empowers women to make informed decisions about their health. Featuring compelling illustrations and diagrams as well as several recipes for natural home remedies, See’s book will give compassionate, pragmatic, and time-tested answers that not only provide a solution, but also validate the experience.
