On February 26, Body Psychology and Somatic Psychology: An International Conference will take place in Berkeley, CA. The one-day conference will celebrate the release of The Handbook of Body Psychotherapy and Somatic Psychology, a collection of 100 cutting-edge essays and studies from around the world on the topics of body psychotherapy, developmental psychology, and more.

The event will feature presentations by six world renowned experts in the field including editors and contributors to The Handbook of Body Psychotherapy and Somatic Psychology.  Presentations will delve into core issues in embodied psychotherapy, and will be followed by ample discussion sessions during breakouts.

The conference will run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday, February 26, 2016 and will be hosted at the David Brower Center on 2150 Allston Way, Berkeley, CA 94704.
